Troubleshooting: When Your Handymax Wheel Loader A/C Suddenly Stops Cooling

Encountering an A/C issue during operation? No need to panic – we're here to help you troubleshoot and restore that cool breeze. Here's a handy guide:

Issue: Your A/C unexpectedly stops cooling and the compressor is not responding.

Possible Cause: The compressor did not receive a signal, which could be due to a loose connector or a fuse issue.

Check Point 1:

  1. Locate the A/C receiver-dryer, often found as shown in the provided image.

  2. On the rear side of the receiver-dryer, inspect the plug for any loose or disconnected connections.

  3. If you find the plug has loosened or disconnected, securely reattach it to its correct position.

Check Point 2:

  1. Locate the connector, found as shown image. This connector is located next to the compressor.

  2. Check if the connector is damaged, and open it to inspect the condition of the terminals inside.

  3. If you find the plug has loosened or disconnected, securely reattach it to its correct position.

Check Point 3:

  1. Inspect the relays and fuses, which are located on the right side of the seat, where they connect to the indoor unit of the air conditioner.

  2. Check these three relays for any disconnection or looseness, and inspect the three fuses to see if they are burnt or loose.

  3. If you find the plug has loosened or disconnected, securely reattach it to its correct position.
