At Handymax, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return

• Returns are only accepted for products that are in original, unused condition, free from any damage or wear.

• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

2. Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Shipping Costs

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• If the product was originally shipped to you, the outbound shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.

4. Return Notification Timeline

• Customers must formally notify Handymax of their intent to return the product within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Notifications must be made via email or phone, as listed in our contact details.

5. Return Shipping Address

Handymax will not be responsible for returns sent to the wrong address. Please ensure all return shipments are correctly labeled and trackable.

6. Inspection and Approval

• Upon receiving the returned product, Handymax will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.

• Refunds will only be processed once the product has passed inspection. Refunds may take up to 12 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Exclusions

• Custom orders, modified products, or items sold as-is are not eligible for return or refund.

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are also excluded from this policy.
