1. Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. If applicable, the estimated processing time will be communicated before purchase.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable freight and courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
• Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
• Freight Delivery (for large machinery): 7-14 business days (subject to scheduling and availability)
Shipping times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
• The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
• For bulk orders or large machinery requiring freight delivery, shipping costs may be quoted separately.
4. Tracking & Order Updates
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
• Large machinery orders may require manual scheduling with our logistics team. You will be contacted directly to arrange delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Responsibilities
• We ship to physical addresses only. PO Boxes are not accepted for freight shipments.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order.
• Handymax is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
• If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Email us at support@handymax.com.au with photos of the damaged package and item. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
• If you need to make changes to your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
